We need you to install the newest version of ProxyWatch to get the latest features. Please login below to start the download of our new software. If you are using a Macintosh then please skip further down to get setup instructions for our new adult filtering and pop-up blocker system.

Download Help Instructions for PC Users:
Please enter your dial-up username including the @isp.com realm (example: joe@myisp.com). This is the username you use when you dial-up to the Internet.
Please enter your connection password so we can authenticate that you are one of our customers entitled to use our adult filtering & pop-up blocker system.

Setup Instructions For Macintosh Users:
We don't have a program for you to download but you can easily setup your computer to use the new filtering.
Please call your customer service representative for the Proxy settings to begin.
OSX - All Macintosh Browsers Except Mozilla Browsers Including Netscape 7
All OSX browsers except Mozilla based browsers including Netscape 7 but not Netscape 4 are locked in the computer's connection properties. Here is how to do that.
- Click the Apple picture in the top left corner of your computer.
- Click on Location in the dropdown and then choose the Network Preferences option in the side options.
- Click the Proxies button
- Click to put in a checkmark for Web Proxy (HTTP)
- Please call your customer service representative for the Proxy Setting
- Click the Apply Now button
- Note: If you are logged into the computer's Admin account then you can click the little lock picture in the bottom left corner to lock these settings for the rest of your family.
OSX - Mozilla & Netscape 7
Mozilla and Netscape 7 cannot be configured for filtering in the OSX Network Preferences. They have to be configured in the browsing program itself. Here is how to do that.
- Open Mozilla or Netscape 7
- Click the Netscape menu option in the top left corner to get dropdown options and choose Preferences in that dropdown list.
- A window will pop-up. Click the little arrow to the left of the Advanced option in the left of the window so that it points down to give you more options.
- Click to select Proxies under the Advanced options.
- Click to select Manual proxy configuration in the right of the window.
- Only put in information for HTTP and leave the other options blank. Please call your customer service representative for the Proxy Setting
- Click OK and you are finished.
Pre-OSX Internet Explorer 5 for Macintosh
- Open Internet Explorer 5 for Macintosh
- Click the word Edit at the top
- Choose Preferences
- Window pops up
- Find the word Network in the left side of the window and click the arrow to the left of that word to get more options to drop down
- Click to highlight Proxies
- Click to put in checkmarks for both Web Proxy and Use Web Proxy For All
- Click the Settings button
- Please call your customer service representative for the Proxy Setting
- Click OK and then click OK again.
Pre-OSX Netscape 7 for Macintosh
- Open Netscape 7 for Macintosh
- Click the word Edit at the top
- Choose Preferences
- Window pops up
- Click little arrow to left of Advanced in the left side of the window and more options will drop down
- Click the word Proxies
- Click to checkmark the option for Manual Proxy Configuration
- Please call your customer service representative for the Proxy Setting
- Click OK.
